Want to return a product? No worries, customer can return the ordered product within 7 days from the date of delivery.

In Case of Return: We will refund the value of your returned item(s) in the form of Bank Account Transfer for COD orders and back to source for prepaid orders. Refund process takes around 5-7 working days once product reaches us back and fulfill return QC parameters

Return guidelines: There are few things which you need to make sure before returning a product such as all items to be returned must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact, and should not be broken or tampered with.

Further, it is made clear that the return of the product ordered by the customer shall be the discretion of the company/ seller and in case the product is found to be different than what was ordered then there shall be no return as well as refund.

In case you had purchased an item, which had a free gift associated with it and you wish to return the item, please also return the free gift.

Due to the hygiene and other reasons, few products cannot be returnable.

In Case of Defective Products :

A customer can claim replacement or refund in case of any manufacturing defect in the product within 3 days of delivery. To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. This is subject to acceptance of manufacturing defect by our quality team. Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Yaanna is not responsible for any damage caused after delivery. Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered under our Returns Policy.
