How do I place an order on Yaanna?

Placing an order is simple! Just browse our collections, add your favorites to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the steps to complete your payment securely.

We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, Net Banking, and popular wallets like Paytm, Google Pay, and PhonePe. International cards are also accepted.

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we may be able to make changes. Please reach out to us at support@yaanna.com within 2 hours of placing your order.

Shipping & Delivery

What are your shipping charges?

Shipping will be chargeable. International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Domestic orders usually take 3-7 business days. International deliveries may take 7-14 business days, depending on customs and destination.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email and SMS.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We offer a 7-day return window for unworn, unused items in original packaging. Please visit our Returns Portal to initiate the process.

Absolutely! If the product is eligible for exchange, you can request it within 7 days of delivery. We’ll handle the pickup and replacement.
